When people have access to a high-quality education, they have a stronger chance of obtaining economic stability. In Washington, not all schools are meeting the challenge to build this strong foundation; there’s an achievement gap affecting students of color and low-income students. How would you address the achievement gap and ensure that all people have access to a high quality education?
EQUAL ACCESS TO RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE IS A CONTITUTIONAL DUTY. INCLUDING FOR HIGHER EDUCATION. WE NEED A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM SO OUR STUDENTS BENEFIT FROM A COMPREHENSIVE BASIC NEEDS CURRICULUM ACCOMPANIED WITH A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT, ORGANIC FOOD AND ACADEMIC FREEDOMS. PLSE SEE ISSUE 3 OF MY WEBSITE.
Washingtonians need a strong infrastructure and the resources, critical investments, and community services to support a vibrant and inclusive community and economy. What changes would you propose to our state’s revenue structure?
BIG ONES. FIRST, WE NEED OUR OWN STATE CHARTERED BANK (SEE WEBSITE ISSUE 9 FOR WHY). NEXT, MORE TAXES ON SECURITIES (FINANCE) THAN ON THE WORKING WORLD. NEW TAXES ON CORPORATE DESTRUCTION OF HEALTH AND RESOURCES, WITH INCENTIVES TO REDUCE OUTSOURCING AND THE COSTLY DRUG BASED HEALTH-CARE SYSTEM.
3. FAMILY DIGNITY AND PRESERVATION
Families need recognition and safety in order to be secure and stable. These protections include the right to marry, raise children, and live without fear of forced separation. How would you support marginalized families’ ability to stay together?
IF YOU CHECK OUT ISSUES 4, 6 & 10 ON SITE, YOU SEE MY ECO-HOUSING PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT THAT IS DESIGNED TO MEET THE SHELTER NEEDS OF ALL WASHINGTONIANS, RICH AND POOR, WITH HEALTHY BIO-MATERIAL. ISSUE ONE EXPLAINS HOW EMOTIONAL HEALTH IS PROMOTED. HARMONY AND POLITICS BEGIN IN THE “PLATE”.
4. SAFETY NET
A strong safety net is the foundation of a strong state and workforce. Programs like Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and other similar programs keep many of our families, children, and disabled adults alive. How would you protect basic need services that provide a safety net for Washington families?
ISSUES 10 AND 4 EXPOUND. AFTER AUDIT, I WLD KEEP ALL THE EFFICIENT SERVICES AND TRIPLE RESOURCES. I WOULD INCENTICIZE BASIC NEEDS WORKSHOP AND OFFER EQUAL CONDITIONS TO PUBLIC HAPPINESS. ENSURING ENJOYMENT OF LIFE DEPENDS ON THE INDIVIDUAL. SHE OR HE NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
5. RACIAL JUSTICE
Institutional racism is a daily burden that our communities face when accessing housing, credit, the ballot box, and interfacing with the criminal justice system. This oppression is often codified in the rules, allowances and governance of these institutions as “business as usual” and creates significant consequences for people of color. How would you address the consequences of institutional racism that create barriers for our members’ ability to prosper?
GOOD QUESTION. EASY. EQUAL AND MEANINGFUL ACCESS TO COMPLETE JUSTICE, CRIMINAL AND CIVIL VIA PUBLIC EXPENDITURE FOR NON FRIVOLOUS ACTIONS & PRO SE TRAINING SO THAT ALL CAN VINDICATE THEIR BASIC RIGHTS IN OUR COURTS. SEE ISSUES 2, 13 & 10 OF WEBSITE. EQUAL PROTECTION OF LAWS IS KEY
Public funds are increasingly used to create jobs in emerging sectors that have livable wages, are safe for workers and are good for the environment. This includes high-wage and high-demand industries like aerospace and clean energy. How would ensure that people with low incomes and people of color have equitable access to the career pathways for these opportunities?
LOADED QUESTION. HI-TECH INDUSTRIES OUTSOURCE AND MACHINES REPLACE THE WORKER. WE NEED “BASIC SKILLS” TRAINING SO THAT ALL CAN BE SELF RELIANT FOR BASIC NEEDS. THE MONDRAGON COOP STRUCTURE WITH MY 300,000 JOBS CREATION PLAN WILL GENERATE LIVING WAGES PEGGED ON INFLATION. WITH SUSTAINABILITY, LESS IS MORE. ISSUE 4.
7. DEBT AND LENDING
People should have access to fair and reasonable debt services that help them meet their financial obligations and obtain economic stability. Fringe financial industries like debt settlement companies and predatory lenders push our communities into a cycle of debt, while current Legal Financial Obligation policies create unfair barriers to re-entry for our previously incarcerated members. How would you protect Washingtonians’ ability to avoid the cycle of debt?
PIECE OF CAKE. VIA BARTERING, AN ITHACA-LIKE NEW HEMP-BASED SCRIPT CURRENCY WITH STRICTER LEGISLATION ON PREDATORS AND LOOSER LAWS FOR DEBT CONTROL. IF MY MONETARY POLICIES GO THRU, THE DEBT ENSLAVEMENT CHAIN WILL BE BROKEN AND A NEW START WILL UNFOLD FOR ALL.
Health and well-being are critical for all Washingtonians to thrive. Everyone should have high quality, essential healthcare services such as reproductive health, preventative medicine, and urgent care. How would you ensure that all Washingtonians, especially underserved populations such as immigrants and refugees, the LGBTQ community, families of color, low-income women, disabled adults and seniors have access to affordable, high quality, and culturally appropriate health care?
SIMPLE. VIA MY PRO-ACTIVE HOLISTIC HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (ISSUE I). BEFORE, WE NEED TO WORK ON INDUSTRIAL TOBACCO (ISSUE 11) AND CELL PHONES (ISSUE 12). NEXT, FREE ONE TO THREE WEEKS OF MEDICAL VACATIONS IN DETOX AND REVITALIZATION RETREAT CENTERS (ISSUE 17). TYRANNY IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL (ISSUE 16).
